We always love this time of year and looking back at all of our past sessions!  It’s a little bitter-sweet as we enter our “slow” season.  Being on-location photographers, these cold months slow down our outside sessions, but it’s a perfect time for our basic business housekeeping (too bad I can’t do this to my house.)  Looking back on our sessions we had a few laughs and remembered lots of perfect moments.  That’s what we hope you see when you look at your family pictures for years to come!  Some of our favorites show sweet moments between parents and kids, loving kisses between young couples, goofy moments at weddings, and those looks that don’t need any words to explain.  Now narrowing these down to our favorite 10 is never easy.  We have so many favorite clients (I know, I know.  We’re not supposed to say that but hopefully you know who you are) and so many favorite pictures to go through.  With that said, let’s get to the rules.

We’ve wrapped up another successful year thanks to all of our wonderful clients!  2010 was a busy year. We have been meaning to have another giveaway for a while now.  Things got a little busy, but it’s better late than never.  This contest is for all our Facebook friends, but don’t worry if you’re not a friend yet.  All you have to do to become one is  “like” our business page here: Expressive Moments Facebook Page

Tabitha won a contest we had back in January for a free mini photo session.  All she had to was watch the blog for the announcement!  She’ll get two free 8×10 and two free 5×7 prints with her session, too. I had a great time at the park with this family, and the weather couldn’t have been more perfect.   Happy 1st Birthday Payton!!!

We are so thankful for the opportunities given to us by on-air personality Gretchen of Star 102.1 in 2009.  We had a great time photographing Dancing with the Knoxville Stars,  Star 102.1′s Boomsday Event in the Sunsphere, and now Gretchen’s wedding planning contest!  Please go here and help Gretchen pick a wedding cake for her wedding by voting for your favorite one.  These beautiful cakes were made by Rosa’s Catering in Knoxville, Tennessee.

We can’t believe it has been a whole year since we did this contest last.  Time flies when you’re having fun!  2009 was definitely a fun and challenging year for us .  We are looking forward to learning new things every day and improving our photography in 2010.  We can’t wait to work with our clients and their growing families this year, and we hope to make plenty of new friends too!  We want to get the ball rolling on senior portraits early this spring, so let us know if you know of any high school juniors or seniors that would like a more fun and personable photo session.
